About ME

It’s your battle, but you don’t have to do it alone.

I am a licensed professional and nationally certified counselor working through Telehealth services in Bucks County. My areas of specialties include:

  • Anxiety and stress management

  • Depression

  • Bipolar I/II management

  • Emotional challenges

  • ADHD management

  • Emotional regulation

  • Grief/loss/life transitions or adjustments

  • Trauma

  • Parenting challenges

  • Marital/relationship issues

  • LGTBQ issues

  • Adult children of parents with personality disorders

I strive to provide a safe and non judgmental space for individuals to process their emotions and thoughts and work through emotional barriers that are preventing change. I have an easy going manner and I enjoy listening to people’s narratives and fully believe therapy is a collaborative process. During therapy, I will use skills from Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). Additionally, I am also trained in trauma informed care.

I am a graduate of Drexel University where I earned my Bachelors of Science and Master’s of Science in Psychology, and a graduate of Messiah College where I completed a Master’s of the Arts in School Counseling. I have been practicing as an LPC since 2015 and is affiliated with the Growth Opportunity Center in Southampton, PA.

In my personal life, I am married and a mother to an active and happy 7 year old. I enjoy theater, do-it-yourself projects, scrapbooking, learning about the latest video games from her clients, brunch, and re-watching The Office over and over again.
